Total Civilian Deaths in Iraq

This is a counter of all the civilian deaths in Iraq that it is our forces duty to prevent under Geneva Convention rules (in other words, state executions and such don't count). The first number the a low estimate, the second is the high estimate. To be perfectly fair, a large number of people were killed under Saddam Hussein annually.
